I connect paid acquisition, CRM, automation, AI, funnels, and customer journeys into one growth system that helps businesses convert more leads into booked appointments, customers, and repeat buyers.

The Connected Stack FlowRama Builds On
From paid ads to CRM to email to AI automation, every piece below is built and managed by me directly, not handed off between separate tools or vendors. Here's the full range.
AI chatbots and voice agents, lead qualification, appointment booking, after-hours call handling, missed-call text back, ticketing systems, AI knowledge bases, and conversational AI.
Architecture and account setup, sub-accounts, white-label SaaS, pipelines and workflows, custom fields and tags, calendars and forms, multi-location setup, and API integrations.
Lead nurturing and follow-up campaigns, appointment confirmations and reminders, no-show recovery, recall and reactivation campaigns, and review automation.
I build and manage connected email-marketing systems that turn WooCommerce customer activity into automated, personalized revenue journeys. Using FunnelKit Automations and GoHighLevel, I connect weekly campaigns, abandoned carts, segmentation, post-purchase follow-up, SMS, CRM pipelines, and revenue tracking into one coordinated system.
Business websites and landing pages, appointment and sales funnels, lead capture systems, conversion optimization, and customer journey design.
Meta and Google Ads, media buying and campaign strategy, audience research and creative direction, conversion tracking, and ongoing campaign management.
High-converting ad creatives, AI-generated images and videos, and landing page assets built for a specific campaign, audience, and outcome.
WooCommerce automation, abandoned and browse-abandonment recovery, post-purchase automation, product recommendations, customer retention and revenue recovery, and AI customer support.
Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, custom events and attribution, and dashboards and reporting.

How It Works
I review the current email platform, customer database, campaigns, automations, deliverability, and revenue performance.
I configure the email infrastructure, rebuild the automations, connect WooCommerce and FunnelKit with GoHighLevel, and create the customer pipelines.
I test every trigger, condition, email, webhook, purchase event, and recovery path before completing the transition.
I create weekly campaigns, monitor deliverability, maintain the automations, and optimize the system based on revenue and customer behavior.
Five client relationships, from long-running systems to builds currently in progress. Each one follows the same approach: understand the business problem, design the system, and track the operational and business outcome.
Most of the advertising budget was working. The problem was what happened after the lead arrived. No structured follow-up, slow response times, and no system to recover no-shows meant that a large portion of interested patients never became booked appointments.

Patient Review Results
When someone needs a windshield replaced, they contact multiple companies and go with whoever responds first. Price and reviews come second. Speed wins. Every minute without a response is a minute a competitor has to close that job.
Business Outcome
An e-commerce brand was losing high-intent shoppers who left without completing their purchases, while support requests and order issues had no centralized tracking system. I developed and manage the FlowRama Revenue Recovery Engine, an automated system that captures recovery opportunities, organizes follow-up, and tracks potential revenue inside the CRM.
In the latest July 2026 reporting snapshot, the system tracked 23 open recovery opportunities representing $5.02K in pipeline value. For context, the Meta Ads account recorded $6,999.94 in advertising spend during the comparable July 1 to 24 reporting period, making the tracked recovery pipeline value equivalent to approximately 71.7% of that spend.
The $5.02K represents open opportunity value recorded in the recovery pipeline and should not be presented as finalized collected revenue. Meta campaign performance and recovery-system performance are reported separately.
Business Outcome
A financial infrastructure and advisory firm serving regulated industries, including private nursing and career schools, behavioral health clinics, medical practices, senior care providers, and audit support organizations, was repositioning as a premium advisory practice with no CRM system in place. Before hiring an appointment setter, they needed a clean, scalable foundation: lead source attribution across multiple niche websites, a structured pipeline from first contact through signed engagement, a qualification and scoring framework built for regulated B2B industries, and a system ready for future forms, automation, and AI intake. This build is currently in progress.
Three-Phase Build
Migration and reconstruction of a complete e-commerce email-marketing ecosystem for an established fashion retailer. The system connects WooCommerce and FunnelKit Automations with GoHighLevel CRM to manage email campaigns, customer segmentation, abandoned-cart recovery, post-purchase journeys, SMS follow-up, pipelines, and revenue reporting. The existing system's historical performance was audited to establish a baseline before migration and optimization.
Four active, ongoing client relationships plus additional project experience across other industries.
Every engagement is customized around your current systems, business model, customer journey, and growth goals. After reviewing your requirements, I will recommend the right scope, implementation plan, and investment.
For businesses that need a specific system designed, built, and launched.
Projects may range from a focused workflow to a complete revenue operations infrastructure.
Each project is scoped individually based on its complexity, number of workflows, platforms, integrations, locations, and implementation requirements.
Request a Project Scope →For businesses that need selected marketing channels or systems continuously managed and optimized.
You choose which parts of the system I run each month.
Your monthly scope includes only the services agreed upon in your proposal and can expand as your business grows.
Request a Monthly Scope →For businesses that need one strategic partner to connect and manage customer acquisition, CRM, automation, funnels, follow-up, retention, and conversion optimization.
One partner accountable for how the whole system performs.
The partnership is customized according to the business model, number of channels, system complexity, communication volume, creative requirements, locations, and level of strategic involvement.

You walk me through your current systems, the challenges you are running into, and the outcomes you need.
I review the scope, workflows, integrations, and ongoing requirements to understand what the build actually involves.
You receive a clear proposal with deliverables, timeline, and investment, so nothing is open-ended.
Work begins only after the scope is agreed upon.
Need one system built? Ongoing management for CRM, ads, email, or automation? Or a complete growth partner? Send over your current setup and priorities and I will recommend the right scope.
Request a Custom ScopeAdvertising spend, third-party software subscriptions, and usage-based SMS, email, phone, and AI charges are separate unless specifically included in the proposal.
Both, though I'm built for long-term partnerships. I work as a fractional growth and revenue operations partner, not a set-it-and-leave vendor, and most of my work turns into ongoing management once the initial system is live. My longest client relationship is 10+ years. That said, I'm happy to scope one-time implementations or smaller short-term projects too.
Yes. You work directly with me from strategy through implementation and ongoing optimization. I have a small team supporting execution, all trusted family members I personally trained, not outsourced freelancers or a third-party agency. I lead the strategy, system architecture, and quality control on every project.
Yes. I manage Meta and Google Ads as part of a complete business system. Advertising works best when connected to your CRM, follow-up automation, website, funnels, and customer journey.
Yes. GoHighLevel is my primary platform for CRM, automation, AI, funnels, websites, pipelines, calendars, SMS, email marketing, and customer journey management.
Yes. I integrate GoHighLevel with Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe, Calendly, Zapier, Make.com, Facebook, Google, and many other business tools depending on your workflow.
No. Every project is quoted as a fixed price based on a defined scope, so you know the investment upfront before work begins. Ongoing management is billed as a fixed monthly fee, not by the hour.
Timelines depend on scope, but most one-time system builds are completed within a few weeks of kickoff. Ongoing management typically starts within the first week once access and goals are confirmed. Exact timing is confirmed during the scope conversation before work begins.
No. I regularly audit and improve existing systems rather than rebuilding from zero. If something is already working, it gets kept and connected into the rest of the system. If something is broken or missing, that's what gets built or fixed.
First, a scope conversation to understand your current setup, goals, and requirements. Then I provide a fixed project scope and price. Once confirmed, I build and test the system, walk you through it, and launch. If you choose ongoing management, ongoing optimization continues from there.
Yes. Access to your ad accounts, CRM, and business data is used only for the work agreed upon and is not shared with anyone outside my small trusted team. This matters especially for healthcare and financial clients, and I treat it accordingly.
The case studies shown are examples, not the limits of what I can do. The underlying systems, CRM architecture, automation, lead follow-up, revenue tracking, apply across industries. If you're unsure whether your business fits, that's exactly what the scope conversation is for.
Yes. A one-time system build is a common way to start working together before committing to ongoing management. It lets you see how I work on a defined, lower-risk engagement first.
The fastest way to start is through Upwork, where all project scoping, contracting, and payment happen.
